Early morning "Boot Camp" style group exercise. Wednesday and Fridays, outside in the spring to summer and inside (at the Judo Club) in the winter months.
06:15 to 07:00 - have your workout done and dusted before the rest of the world wakes up. The sessions are designed so that you can go as hard or as easy as you like or need and follow HIIT principles.
£10 per class or cheaper if you pay for a month in advance, you can come on either or both as you wish.
