I am a Fitness and Fat Loss Professional and Personal Trainer working primarily in the Dorchester area. I strive to bring the best out in every individual and tailor Personal Training  to make YOU feel fantastic, inside and out. I  teach Fitness Pilates and hold 3 classes per week in Dorchester.  I offer numerous fitness classes including HIIT training in my Monday  evening classes, Fitness Pilates, KettleCore, Group Training sessions on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, An "all round" and more dancey class on Friday Morning and classes for the older client.
