EASTER HOLIDAYS CLASSES AND COURSES
Monday 8th - Tuesday 23rd April.

Monday Fitness Pilates is on 15th April. £7.00

Evening HiiT class on 15th are on as normal. NO CLASS on the Bank Holiday 22nd April.

Tuesday Poundbury Fitness as normal both weeks.
Tuesday KettleCore is CANCELLED 9th and 16th April.

Wednesday SGT WILL continue in the holidays though will be PAYG £10. Please let me know if you would like to try the session, if you are not a regular.

Wednesday Fitness Pilates  NO CLASS 17th April.

Thursday FP 9.30am will be £7 payg until new course begins on 25th.

Friday TBT. Normal class except NOT GOOD FRIDAY 19th.

Saturday SGT. Normal except NOT 20th.

The new term for courses begins week of 23rd April.

There is a HALF TERM AND BANK HOLIDAY from Monday 27th May (so no Monday classes).

I am a Fitness and Fat Loss Professional and Personal Trainer working primarily in the Dorchester area. I strive to bring the best out in every individual and tailor Personal Training  to make YOU feel fantastic, inside and out. I  teach Fitness Pilates and hold 3 classes per week in Dorchester.  I offer numerous fitness classes including HIIT training in my Monday  evening classes, Fitness Pilates, KettleCore, Group Training sessions on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, An "all round" and more dancey class on Friday Morning and classes for the older client.
