Sunday 9th

The weekend has been hectic for me getting all set for a week of new stuff!

The much advertised Fitness Pilates starts tomorrow with two other classes on Wed and Thurs. They are all full and I am a tad nervous, even though I have been practising every opportunity I get and David has been a much used and abused as a 'guinea pig'!

All classes  are good to go from Monday morning and I launch another FAT2FIT course on Thursday, where I can help a group of ladies lose the lard and emerge in 28 days, fitter, healthier and lighter.
