WOW.. what a stormy weekend. Not quite washed away, but glad we live on the TOP of a hill! We managed to run 10km today with two girls from the BORN2RUN CLUB I set up 8 weeks ago. Train to run 10km, training three times a week and today was the said day for our run:-) Mel and Mel, David and I managed to avoid the floods and enjoyed warm sunshine for our 60 min run round the delights of Dorchester! More running groups in 2013, so get in touch if you want to get involved. Fat2Fit week two losers did brilliantly and Micky is now on ONE STONE lost in two weeks!! Clean and lean eating.
