Having spent 3 weeks moving house, we are now in and almost sorted! Apologies for late blogging - no internet at times has been soooo hard! Easter holidays are near over and all classes resume from Monday 15th. Fitness Pilates courses are filling nicely. There are a few places for Monday and Thursday mornings, if you would like to try. You will be hooked, like me I'm sure! I ran some new concept classes in the holidays called 50-50 (or rather 60-40!) First part of class, full on training using all my PT equipment and then a lovely fitness pilates session to end. If I had the space, I think I would make this a regular feature on the programme. Watch out for future FUSION classes! Fat2Fit group fat loss plan starts late April and I am full steam ahead with this one. Gotta get in tip-top shape for Race For Life Dorchester.
