Day two of the clean and lean challenge. Am feeling really sore after classes yesterday! Holidays are definitely not good for me! Eating has been easy. Protein shake with fruit and a raw egg and a spoon of yoghurt at 8am. Chicken and salad at 1.30pm and two really good burgers with roasted veg at 8pm. Drinks have been lemon and ginger tea and water. Feeling great. Just need to be less sore;-)
Taught final step class for the summer. Returning on 3rd September. The break will be lovely. Can't remember having a weekday evening off for years. Hope I don't get bored!
