Day 4 of my clean up diet... Feeling very good and in a good groove with eating simple, tasty foods, water and tea.. Very easy three meals a day - spaced 5/6 hours apart. Loads of salad on each plate.. A gorgeous omelette tonight for a change with some ham hock, pepper, onion and spinach and a big mix salad. Managed 4 mile run, including monster hill. New 50-50 class this morning. Loads of bodyweight toning and super stretch to end. Am in a good place right now and will not weaken;-) Friday tomorrow and then the weekend, notoriously a tough time... NOT FOR ME!!!
