Day 5 and FEELING GRRRREAT! Couldn't help myself (and no I shouldn't have) but hoped on the scales and (BIG SMILE!) all is good:-)
The weekend is the toughest time on any fitness/health regime as routine usually changes - but I am determined to just keep to three meals a day and NOT SNACK!
Class this morning at new time of 9.00am was a scorcher. Never been so hot in this session. 25 people all doing the same and it makes it sooo much easier! Whatever you're doing over the w/e, enjoy yourself and if you are awake early tomorrow morning, come along to SGT at 8.30am at the Dorchester Judo Club. A brilliant session and a great way to start your w/e!
