WOW! Couldn’t have wished for a better start to my FAT2FIT course. After only 7 days, the 9 girls and one fella lost 26 pounds between us! With one lady losing 5 pounds and the rest between 1 and 4 pounds! This is great news and proves that eating CLEAN really does work. Two days per week, two treats are allowed. Something to look forward to at the end of the week. The second week introduces Intermittent Fasting – not so scary when you know how to plan it and fit it into your life. ROLL ON RESULTS WEDNESDAY!
