Each of the classes are different. Monday evening is very aerobic using jumps and plyometric moves with and without kettle bells. 45 minutes of fast moving, intense body work, but great fun and very easy to make easier if you are new to fitness.

The two early bird sessions use lots of kit to work  every muscle you have! Each class is different and can be cardio based, or strength based, depending on the group. The class goes outdoors from May til September.

Saturday Group Training. An indoor fitness class using kettle bells, skipping ropes, dumbbells and stability balls. Hard but manageable class for those wanting to push their fitness and strength levels up a notch.
