Bending and stretching, lifting and reaching are all basic movements our bodies should do naturally, however changing lifestyles have made many of us stiff, weak and unable to do simple tasks around the house, let alone in a sporting environment. FP makes you more aware of posture and how you move generally. EVERY body can benefit from improved posture, core stability and strength. Being more aware of how you stand, sit and move will make you realise how easy it is to slump and become old before your time.
