HiiT is a fabulous class that will make you sweat and your heart race. Using various timed intervals, Lindsay creates a new class each week, with body weight and kettle bell exercises. A sure way to burn fat in only 45 minutes. You can work at your own level of fitness very easily. Kettle bells are provided. Bring your own mat – and a drink!
