Following the Kettlercise format, Lindsay then adapts the session, to include some cardio section and floor core work. It is intense, but can be made easier by using lighter KB’s – or indeed no KB. Lindsay provides the KB, but if  you progress, you may want to invest in your own as there are only so many 6/8/10kg weights. A fabulous strength building class and suitable for all. If you think you are pregnant, suffer from osteoporosis, have disc issues – then please discuss this with Lindsay PRIOR to coming to any session.
