A fun filled class with a ‘dancey warm up’! Choreography is simple, so even those who struggle with left and right, pick up the moves quickly! It is not a heavy cardio class – more a pulse raiser, to get the body prepared for toning. This is different each week. Usually involving standing leg and core sequences and sometimes with added ‘props’ such as fitness bands or resistance balls. The class is very friendly with groups having a coffee and chat at a local coffee shop afterwards! Male and Female welcome.
