A fun filled class aimed at the older adult with no physical restrictions (other than the odd ache and pain!)
Male and Females are welcome. After a warm up to music, Lindsay moves through standing sequences for balance, strength and co-ordination. The final 15 minutes(ish) of the class contains seated work and a cool down stretch. Call Lindsay if you are not sure if this class is suitable for you.
