Kettlercise / Kettlebell classes are usually at St Mary's First School in Lucetta Lane Dorchester. Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm. £6 for a 45 min class.
They generally run during school terms due to the availability of the hall and can occasionally be cancelled then if the school needs the hall.
There are usually 6 or 7 classes in a term. Occasionally I run one off classes involving Kettlebells and other forms of exercise.
There are generally limited places available but please contact me if you wish to come along.
I am a fully qualified Kettlercise® instructor and I have been running a successful Kettlebell class in Dorchester since October 2013.

Should you wish to buy a Kettlebell then I can point you in the right direction. Kettlebells are widely available on the Internet but I honestly think that thees Kettlebells are competitively priced and are much better than cheaper models (and most more expensive!) because of the size of the "horns" and the neoprene covering.
