PERSONAL TRAINING

I am delighted to offer Personal Training at my home (or yours) and ON LINE VIA ZOOM OR FACE TIME. 

I practice what I preach and would never recommend a treatment, supplement, eating plan or exercise that I haven’t personally tested and have been happy with.

I am a qualified Personal trainer and Nutrition Coach. I have over 30 years experience and look forward to offering you help and guidance to make the most of your lifestyle. 

1 – 2 – 1 personal training will help build confidence at the same time as shaping a stronger, fitter body.

I will give you 100% attention and share my knowledge so that you can achieve your physical best and will design a personal fitness programme especially for your needs, be it running a marathon or running a household – fitness is only relative if it’s for YOU and fits your needs.

Personal Training is often associated with hard sweaty exercise and being shouted at. While I CAN do that I can also offer advice on diet, rehabilitation exercises, Fitness Pilates exercises and assistance with fat loss and general conditioning. I have helped clients to improve their golf, complete triathlons, run marathons and conquer the National Three Peaks Challenge.

Cost for  IN PERSON training is from £40:00 per session.

On line sessions are  from £25.  Please get in touch for more details.
