I practice what I preach and would never recommend a treatment, supplement, eating plan or exercise that I haven’t personally tested and been happy with.

I will give you 100% attention and share my knowledge so that you can achieve your physical best and will design a personal fitness programme especially for your needs, be it running a marathon or running a household – fitness is only relative if it’s for YOU and fits your needs.
Personal Training is often associated with hard sweaty exercise and being shouted at. While I CAN do that I can also offer advice on diet, rehabilitation exercises, Fitness Pilates exercises and assistance with fat loss and general conditioning. I have helped clients to improve their golf, complete triathlons, run marathons and conquer the National Three Peaks Challenge.
Cost for on line sessions is very affordable compared to face to face sessions. From £25 per session. Please get in touch for more details. As Covid rules relax, some face to face sessions may be possible. Please send me a message to discuss just what you need.
