I am delighted to offer Personal Training in the Dorchester and surrounding areas and enjoy passing my knowledge on to others and seeing those struggling with diet and fitness, become slimmer, fitter people with a better understanding of their own bodies.
I practice what I preach and would never recommend a treatment, supplement, eating plan or exercise that I haven’t personally tested and been happy with.
I am a fully qualified Personal trainer qualifying with PREMIER TRAINING INTERNATIONAL, one of the principal providers of training in the UK, and have taken further courses in posture and functional exercises, Fitness Pilates, spinning and aqua fitness.
1 – 2 – 1 personal training is the very best way to shape up and get the results YOU want.
I will give you 100% attention and share my knowledge so that you can achieve your physical best.
Whether in the gym, at your home or even outdoors, I will design a personal fitness programme especially for your needs, be it running a marathon or running a household – fitness is only relative if it’s for YOU and fits your needs.
Personal Training is often associated with hard sweaty exercise and being shouted at. While I CAN do that I can also offer advice on diet, rehabilitation exercises, Fitness Pilates exercises and assistance with fat loss and general conditioning. I have helped clients to improve their Golf, complete Triathlons, run marathons and conquer the National Three Peaks Challenge.
Cost is from £40 per session (depending on area) and I can offer special arrangements for blocks of 6 sessions or more.
By definition Personal Training is exactly that, PERSONAL. However I can offer training to small groups in the Dorchester Area and beyond .. share the costs with your friends – cost per session on this basis will depend upon numbers and location.
