On Wednesday morning at 09:30 and Saturday at 08:30 there is a small group training session using static frames, steps, dumbells, kettlebells and weighted bars. Usually there are between 8 and 16 men and women of widely differing strength and ability. You WILL fit in and you WILL be able to take part fully because the exercises are tailored to the people there and there is a wide range of weights available. For that reason it is vital that you contact me to let me know you are coming. the class is fully supervised by David and I so you will always have as much help as you need.
Training with resistance is THE best way to get the shape you want. Females notoriously do far too much cardio in an effort to burn fat. Let me tell you something. IT WILL NOT!
Cardio – or cardio-vascular exercise (jogging, cycling, spinning, dancing, aerobics) call it what you will, but exercising for long periods with a steady heart rate, will keep your heart healthy, but it will not burn many fat calories..In fact you will strip your body of the precious lean muscle it needs to BURN fat, thus slowing your metabolism further!
Don’t train harder. TRAIN SMARTER.

The Wednesday class runs in courses to ensure the progression of the group, it is therefore vital that you contact me if you wish to come along.
SATURDAY MORNING RUNS ON A DIFFERENT BASIS BUT I NEED TO KNOW THE NUMBERS IN ADVANCE AS EACH CLASS IS INDIVIDUALLY PLANNED AROUND THE PEOPLE ATTENDING THE CLASS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK WITH ME BEFORE ATTENDING
